Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor REF 75533 Contract Length: 18 months Location: Aldermaston IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate Security Clearance: BPSS Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR * Develop complex contract cost models for high-value projects, ensuring compliance with project briefs, timescales, and budgets. * Stay updated on market changes to enhance value for money in supplier operations. * Measure, validate, and authorize monthly valuations/payments, including verification of man-hour returns, site measures, and claims. * Capture and record cost data, including Earned Value Management, for future pro-jects. * Control project costs, enhance value for money, and maintain required standards and quality. * Develop and maintain working relationships with key internal stakeholders. * Maintain high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR * Procurement Strategies and Tender Documentation * Experience in developing project procurement strategies and tender documentation. * Cost Reconciliation: * Expertise in cost reconciliation processes. * Cost Control: * Strong proficiency in cost control measures. * Construction infrastructure background If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor, apply now or send your CV to Spinwell!
